This is a new shirt I have, but I want opinions because I think it may need some fine touches or maybe something else done to it?
I love the accented waist bows. They're very cute. But maybe a hem like bottom?
The collar might need some work?
Maybe..hmm. Opinions!?

OO thats cute! I really like the texturing on that. i wouldn't change anything but at the bottom kind of make a chunky-er hem, kind of ribbed like you see on other sweaters. otherwise its perfect!
OH forgot to comment on the collar. i'd probably add a little ribbed like color around it too...or if you want to make it a dainty cardigan type deal, then maybe instead of the ribbed hem/collar...maybe like a crocheted/lacey hem/collar?
